What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for issues raised by country teams, ensuring timely resolution of tickets;
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, configuration issues, and user access problems;
• Monitor system performance, identify recurring problems, and propose solutions or workarounds;
• Escalate complex technical issues to providers or internal IT teams, while maintaining ownership until resolution;
• Support system updates, releases, and testing (UAT), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations;
• Provide training and guidance to local teams on system functionalities;
• Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and process improvements in a knowledge base for future reference.

What you need to be successful

• 3+ years of experience;
• Previous experience with SaaS solutions application support;
• Experience in workforce management systems (preferable);
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on technical and functional issues;
• Great English communication (speaking & writing);
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira);
• Familiarity with, reporting tools, or system configuration;
• Previous experience supporting global or multi-country solutions;
• Ability to manage multiple tickets, prioritize issues, and deliver within agreed SLAs;
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users across different countries.
