Our team is growing, therefore, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer with relevant experience in Real Estate companies. We expect all candidates to send us the application documents by the 30th of June.

Responsibilities

Planning

· Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

· Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

· Develop financial and tax strategies

· Manage the budgeting processes

Operations

· Manage the budgeting processes

· Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

Prepares the monthly & annual financial statements in accordance with the laws and regulations in force;

· Manage the accounting, tax and treasury

· Devise ways to optimize financial procedures

· Implement operational best practices

Financial Information

· Implement operational best practices

· Oversee the issuance of financial information

· Report financial results to the board of directors

Risk Management

· Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

· Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of fiscal authorities and auditors

· Report risk issues to the board of directors

· Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

Funding

· Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

· Arrange for debt and equity financing

Background profile

· Undergrad in Accounting or Finance

· ACCA desirable

· 5 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in Real Estate companies

Relevant experience on a similar role and within a software development company
