Căutăm un
Lead Developer
care să proiecteze și să implementeze soluții software, în colaborare directă cu echipele noastre și cele ale clientului. Rolul presupune implicarea directă în deciziile de arhitectură, definirea standardelor tehnice și crearea unui cadru care să permită dezvoltarea și evoluția sistemelor pe termen lung.

Un obiectiv major al acestui rol este coordonarea migrării de la C++ la C# și integrarea serviciilor AWS Cloud.

Clientul dezvoltă produse digitale educaționale dedicate copiilor, cu accent pe învățare prin explorare și creativitate. În acest context, vei gestiona tranziția tehnologică, vei ghida echipele de dezvoltare și vei contribui la modernizarea platformelor software.

Responsabilități

  • Coordonarea tranziției de la arhitectura monolitică existentă la arhitectură bazată pe cloud
  • Documentarea și transferul cunoștințelor de la consultanții externi
  • Proiectarea divizării componentelor server în servicii cloud independente
  • Luarea deciziilor tehnice privind strategia de migrare către cloud
  • Identificarea și remedierea lacunelor din sistemul existent
  • Oferirea de suport tehnic și mentorat pentru dezvoltatori pe parcursul tranziției

Cerințe obligatorii

  • Experiență de lucru anterioară în C++
  • Experiență de lucru cu C# și arhitecturi bazate pe servicii cloud
  • Experiență în proiectarea și divizarea sistemelor software complexe
  • Abilități de leadership tehnic și mentorat
