Job Purpose
Medical Representative, Dolj territory, ROMANIA*
is to promote the company's products in the allocated territory and work with the winning mindset to achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals set

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the designed territory to achieve targets
  • Representing the company's image in the pharmaceutical market
  • Promoting the company's portfolio according to the marketing strategy
  • Developing a trustful long-term partnership with doctors
  • Organizing scientific events
  • Monitoring competitors' activity within the allocated territory
  • Identifies new clients and new business development opportunities
  • Understand and analyse together with the manager, the sales development, competitive landscape, and KPIs defined
  • Continuous learning regarding the products in the portfolio, to ensure professional services at the highest level
  • Offers consultancy/support to the clients regarding the pharmacovigilance area
  • Respects the laws, and ethical standards in accordance with internal rules and other regulations approved
  • Fully alignment with company policies, procedures & internal rules

Required Education
University education (medical/pharmacy university education is a plus)

Required Skills And Experience
Previous experience as a promotion Medical Representative

Very good social and communication skills

Business and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent analytical skills, proactive and self-motivated

Demonstrated digital skills to promote remotely

Good skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT

Clean driving license (B category) and availability to travel

Good written and spoken English

Required Languages
fluent Romanian - obligatory

good written and spoken English
