SMM Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the brand and increase engagement
  • Conduct creative media planning and manage campaign calendars
  • Build and maintain a unique and consistent brand style across platforms
  • Develop sales funnels through content marketing and social media activities
  • Plan, organize, and manage content production — from ideation to publication
  • Create and maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Handle community management and direct communication with clients and followers (DMs, comments, etc.)
  • Research and organize influencer collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns
  • Identify and test new methods of promotion and audience engagement
  • Write video scripts and assist in content direction for video creatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media for U.S.-based brands or companies targeting American audiences
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement techniques
  • Ability to develop engaging and conversion-driven content strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity
  • Advanced proficiency in using social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Basic design skills and the ability to create simple visuals using Canva or similar tools
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, etc.) for content creation — a strong advantage

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads)
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content
  • Experience coordinating with designers, videographers, and copywriters
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: 6,000.00RON - 7,800.00RON per month
