Responsabilități principale:

  • Este responsabil si participa la procesele de:recrutare, instruire și dezvoltare a subordonaților, în vederea formarii de echipe calificate, performante și motivate.
  • Elaboreaza organigrama si fisele de post pentru personalul coordonat, modifica structura de personal in functie de cerintele si activitatile derulate, gestionand resursele functie de nevoile actuale si de dezvoltare a companiei.
  • Propune efectuarea de traininguri si cursuri mixand nevoile de dezvoltare profesionala/personala cu cele ale companiei.
  • Evalueaza performanta subordonatilor in conformitate cu politicile companiei, stabilind obiective clare si criterii specifice activitatilor.
  • Propune acordarea de bonusuri, premii, sanctiuni, precum si avansarea pe post, functie de performanta evaluata.
  • Aproba planificarea si efectuarea concediilor de odihna, a recuperarilor si invoirilor si a altor documente referitoare la personal.
  • Furnizeaza periodic si la cerere, rapoarte referitoare la: activitatile desfasurate; situtia stocurilor; gradul de utilizare a capacitatilor de stocare.
  • Analizeaza, raporteaza, decide si implementeaza solutii de adecvare/optimizare activitati si locatii, pentru reducerea costurilor de operare, realizarea indicatorilor de performanta stabiliti, respectand politicile si procedurile interne cu accent pe preventive
  • Asigura resurse adecvate(personal si echipamente) pentru derularea proiectelor din aria de responsabilitate.
  • Participa la proiecte inter si intradepartamentale sau corporative, în vederea îmbunătățirii proceselor si activitatilor.
  • Stimuleaza si motiveaza personalul din subordine pentru participarea acestuia la proiecte comune inter si intradepartamentale

Competențe și calificări:

  • Studii: universitare (de preferat in domeniul farmaceutic sau domenii conexe activitatilor din aria de responsabilitate)
  • Experienta: 2 ani de experiență într-un post de conducere si 4-5 ani experienta in domeniul logisticii. -Competente si abilitati generale: Managementul proceselor si activitatilor, managementul resurselor umane(recrutare, instruire, dezvoltare subordonati, evaluare si motivare; Operare PC: MS Office
  • Competente si abilitai specifice: Cunostinte referitoare la legislatia de gestiune, cunostinte referitoare la elaborarea si executia bugetara; KPI specifici depozitarii..
