Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled
Data Engineer
to take full ownership of the clients data pipelines. This role requires a technical background in
GCP
, with expertise in
BigQuery
,
Google Cloud Storage
, and experience in
ETL development, data pipeline design, and data warehouse management
.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage ETL pipelines to load data from diverse sources
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Optimize query performance and data warehouse responsiveness
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure data warehouse solutions for PII datasets
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and specifications
  • Monitor data warehouse performance and capacity; implement optimizations and upgrades as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data pipeline and warehouse management
  • Proven expertise in
    GCP
    and
    GBQ
  • Strong knowledge of data warehouse modeling, SQL, and ETL concepts
  • Familiarity with DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • High level of English proficiency

  • Exposure to KYC data processing
  • Experience with Google Suite tools
  • Broader knowledge of data security best practices
