We are a fast-growing luxury e-commerce company based in Switzerland, operating in a highly competitive global niche. Our brand is scaling rapidly, and we are building a sharp, high-performance operations team to support that growth.

This role is not customer support and not marketing.

Your job is simple in theory, but requires focus, intelligence, and speed in execution.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Your entire day revolves around accurate, fast order fulfillment:

  • Copy & paste orders from Shopify into AliExpress / Alibaba
  • Select the right supplier based on:
  • Seller ratings and reviews
  • Price competitiveness for the destination country
  • Shipping method and delivery time
  • Verify addresses carefully (every country is different)
  • Check tax / customs details where required
  • Ensure zero mistakes before placing orders
  • Track orders and update fulfillment status correctly
  • Follow internal SOPs precisely and consistently

This is detail-heavy work. One wrong click can cause a problem, so thinking before acting is essential.

Requirements

  • Strong written English
  • Very good typing speed
  • Stable, fast internet connection
  • Laptop or desktop (no tablets)
  • Ability to work independently with high focus
  • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Working Hours & Structure

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8.5 hours of pure work per day
  • If you take breaks, total time becomes 9.5 hours
  • This is a focused, performance-based role

Extra work or additional hours are paid as bonuses.
