What you'll do- Act as a key liaison between the Network Director and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and the successful implementation of various initiatives.
- Anticipate the business needs of the Director, proactively filtering, prioritizing, and escalating key issues to support effective decision-making.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, arrange travel, and welcome guests for the Director.
- Conduct research, compile and summarize information and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence - often handling confidential or sensitive materials.
- Maintain organized filing systems for confidential records and ensure the highest standards of data privacy and security.
- Track and manage expenses, approve payroll and requests on behalf of the Director as needed, and prepare regular expense reports.
- Coordinate and prepare for events, workshops, and business meetings, sometimes managing projects or action items.
- Provide administrative support and guidance to the department, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team and other departments, sharing best practices and gaining a broad understanding of the business.
- Prepare customized analyses and reports as requested, supporting the Director and the leadership team in strategic decision-making.
- You have a university degree and are fluent in English (mandatory).
- You demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of business ethics.
- You are highly organized, with excellent planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, and you're skilled in negotiation and conflict management.
- You are proficient in MS Office and business correspondence.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing adaptability, stress tolerance, and the ability to multitask.
- You are self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and eager to take initiative.
- You are committed to upholding company policies, including data protection, health and safety, and business continuity standards.
