Mid-Senior Business Analyst

Description
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with 3–4+ years of experience to join our team and support the development of our next-generation digital platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that our web and mobile applications deliver real value to customers and stakeholders.

• Location: Romania (applications from other countries will not be considered).
• Experience required: Minimum 3–4 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Remote option: Remote work is allowed from within Romania.

About The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our digital sales platform, customer portal, and mobile applications. These platforms will serve as a one-stop hub for digital sales, customer self-service, and personalized product offerings, supporting our vision of delivering modern, innovative digital services.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/digital projects
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story writing
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of functional specifications and integrations across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Ability to work with data visualization requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear deliverables

Job responsibilities

• Define and document features for web and mobile applications
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with the product roadmap
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure requirements are met
• Lead and contribute to refinement sessions to clarify needs and guide development
• Work directly with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (functional specs, integrations, workflows)
• Support Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) as an active contributor
• Assist QA engineers in verifying requirements through testing and validation
