Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pipera Plaza area for a Human Resources Administrator at Skywind Group. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, employee records maintenance, and supporting HRIS processes. The role also involves onboarding and offboarding, assisting in HR projects, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and guidance and sending the payroll data every month to our payroll provider.
Qualifications
Minimum experienta of 1 year
- in Human Resources Administrative tasks, operational support;
- Experience in working with employee compensation and benefits processes;
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems and databases (Bamboo);
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its application within a corporate setting;
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work onsite as part of a team;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred;
- Experience working in the iGaming or technology sector is a plus.
