Candidatul Ideal:

Rolul de Relationship Manager Retail presupune identificarea oportunitatilor de vanzare, pentru produsele si serviciile Bancii, adresate clientilor Persoane Fizice.

    Minimum un an de experienta anterioara in vanzari in zona de Banking, Telekom, Asigurari;
  • Experienta in vanzarea produselor bancare (persoane fizice sau juridice) reprezinta un plus;
  • Abilitati de vanzare, prezentare si negociere;
  • Bune abilitati de comunicare si interactiune;
  • Atitudine pozitiva, entuziasm si motivatie;
  • Perseverenta in atingerea obiectivelor;
  • Cunostinte MS Office;
  • Limba engleza – nivel conversational.

Ce vei face?

  • Prospectezi in mod activ piata si abordezi potentialii clienti, in vederea promovarii produselor de creditare destinate ︁segmentului retail (persoane fizice);
  • Vei identifica oportunitatile de vanzare pentru toate produsele si serviciile;
  • Vei dezvolta portofoliul de clienti existenti si volumul de afaceri, impreuna cu echipa de vanzari din care va face parte;
  • Vei colecta documentatia necesara pentru initializarea relatiei de afaceri si finalizarea tranzactiei;
  • Vei mentine legatura cu clientii pe tot parcursul colaborarii acestora cu banca.
