The Company

Clientul nostru este un Start-UP cu capital 100% romanesc, cu sediul in Pitesti, pentru care cautam un Team/Project Manager cu experienta.

The Role

  • Principala ta misiune este sa te asiguri ca produsele comandate de clientii nostri sunt livrate la timp si in standardul de calitate asumat
  • Vii cu un aport creativ prin crearea de noi idei pentru produsele companiei si realizezi rapoartele de productie
  • Aranjezi depozitul pentru un maxim de eficienta in pregatirea comenzilor
  • Instruiesti personalul responsabil de operatiunile din depozit si te asiguri ca se mentine performanta lor
  • Gestionezi personalul din echipa de productie: te ocupi de recrutare, inductie, concedieri/demisii sau schimbari de roluri
  • Asiguri stocul optim pentru departamentul de productie
  • Ai o imagine clara asupra sanatatii businessului, creezi si monitorizezi periodic rapoarte financiare de cashflow si de P&L sau rapoarte de productie

  • • Esti manager intr-o companie mica/medie de cel putin 2 ani

    • Ai gestionat echipe de minim 5 persoane in trecut – stii cum să le formezi, conduci si cresti

    • Stii să pui omul potrivit la locul potrivit

    • Focusul tau este pe rezultate: pastrezi ochii pe KPIs si cunosti sanatatea businessului la orice ora

    • Nu este prima data cand lucrezi cu cifre si rapoarte pe baza carora sa iei decizii strategice

    • Gestionezi resurselor financiare sau de timp

    • Optimizezi procedurile si modul de operare
