Lead and coordinate the project team in order to meet the project and customer's timing and quality targets.Your Responsibilities: Contribute to the quotation activities. Be responsible for developing and maintaining SW Project Plan with cost, quality, risk analysis and timing throughout life of project. Be responsible for planning of tasks.Be responsible for tailoring optional activities according to the projects needs and follow the defined processes.Be responsible for coordinating and controlling project activities and assure they are in line with the project plan.Be responsible for regular progress control of development activities and report the status to other Technical Project Manager/Project Manager, escalate issues. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks; manage issues, decisions, and change requests with clear escalation paths.Participate in establishing and managing technical relationships with all internal and external parties (e.g., customer, suppliers). Be responsible for actively managing and optimizing the use of resources on project.Be responsible for providing and document lessons learned.Ensure quality gates are met (code review, test coverage, CI/CD checks, performance/security validation) and support continuous improvement across Software Development Life Cycle.Your Qualifications:University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics, Automatics) or relevant professional experience.>1 years previous experience as SW Project Manager.Multi-team coordination experience: experience leading cors-functional teams.Agile execution: facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintained backlogs and deliver in sprints/iterations.Risk and issue management knowledge.Technical fluency in Power electronics projects.Drive results.Quality oriented.Eagerness to grow and develop.Communicating Effectively.Knowledge of Project Management methods and tools.Our Offering: Onboarding & Integration: we help you settle in quickly through our onboarding program and a team that supports you;Health & Life Insurance: we provide private health plans and life insurance, so you can have peace of mind;Discounts: enjoy discounts from our partners on activities, trainings, goods etc.;Bookster Subscription: are you a passionate reader?
