Your Role:

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with every interaction. Your expertise in the German language will be essential in providing high-quality service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product information.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions.
  • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns calmly and resolve them promptly with a focus on solutions.

  • Fluency in German (native or near-native) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred.
