Holycode is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer ready to start a once in a lifetime project inside the Hoshii team.

What They Do

At Hoshii, they are building the Interaction Relationship Management (IRM) system, a platform that turns customer communication (emails, phone calls, etc.) into actionable ERP and CRM intents in one click. In an industry that faces a very intense labor shortage, where millions are stuck doing repetitive work, Hoshii's IRM offers a co-pilot that handles tedious chores like processing unstructured data, responding to customer inquiries, and entering data into ERP systems.

Their Blind Spot

They are currently growing faster than their infrastructure can follow, running around with duct tape to make their systems reliable while relentlessly shipping new features as well. At the same time, users need an interface that feels familiar and just works, and fast. Hoshii is looking for an exceptional Frontend Software Engineer who can easily navigate the full application stack and will be building and maintaining the most intuitive and efficient AI user interface in the industry. You will be an integral part of their engineering team in order to ensure a seamless onboarding for their customers, guaranteeing they receive the best possible experience while building a product people love. You will join the founding team of young, talented engineers contributing to taking Hoshii to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.Collaborate with product designers to deliver engaging, intuitive AI-grade user experiences.Ensure smooth UI/UX implementation, with focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.Work across the full stack (backend included, if needed) to deliver complete product features end-to-end.Write clean, tested, maintainable code and documentation.Monitor and improve frontend performance and usability.
