Why this role mattersWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Developer to join our talented team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated, modern web and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, primarily within the dynamic Real Estate and Healthcare sectors, utilizing a cutting-edge tech stack centered around React. If you thrive on building high-quality user interfaces and are eager to tackle complex problems, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of user-facing features using React, , VueJS, and TypeScript.
• Build robust, reusable components and maintainable frontend libraries using tools like Storybook.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Implement performant and responsive user interfaces with strong CSS skills, leveraging utility frameworks like Tailwind CSS and preprocessors where appropriate.
• Integrate real-time functionalities using WebSockets.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and contribute to streamlined development workflows using Git.
• Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and continuously seek ways to improve our frontend practices.
• Adapt and contribute effectively across multiple projects as needed.

Hard Skills

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio of React-based or VueJS-based projects.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Excellent command of CSS, including modern layouts (Flexbox, Grid) and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Experience building and documenting component libraries using Storybook.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with WebSockets.
• Experience in using AI tools like Cursor, Codex, , Claude Code or Lovable
• Proficiency with version control using Git workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• A pragmatic problem-solving mindset and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative, and open-to-learning attitude.
• Ability to adapt and manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter.
• Familiarity with mobile app development wrappers like Capacitor.
• Experience interacting with GraphQL APIs.
• DevOps experience, particularly with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Backend development experience, especially with C#.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• An engaging GitHub profile showcasing your work and passion

The Deal

• B2B contract or business-incubator
• Salary range up to €30 per hour (gross)
• Work remotely 
• $77/month for medical & sport
• $100 birthday bonus + $1,000 loyalty bonus after 3 years
• 3 education days/year

• Summer Camp every year in a cool European city or at beach locations
