Project details

This project is part of the customer digital ecosystem and focuses on developing a new application for the U.S. market to support and enhance the customer Loyalty Program. The application will provide users with personalized rewards, exclusive offers, and seamless engagement with the brand, contributing to customer retention and increased brand loyalty.

Your Team

You will work closely with key stakeholders, collaborating in a dynamic and transparent environment. This is a greenfield project, giving you the opportunity to contribute from day one - shaping the architecture and building the application from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using React (React Native) for the frontend and for the backend
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust features
Build the project from the ground up, contributing to architecture, technology choices, and development best practices
Integrate with cloud services using AWS or Vercel for deployment, data storage, and other backend functionalities
Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and documentation
Implement secure, responsive, and performant web applications aligned with industry standards
Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments

Skills

Must-Have Skills 

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid hands-on experience with React Native for building cross-platform applications
  • Proficiency in for backend development, including API design and integration
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable architecture for greenfield projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Supabase for backend-as-a-service solutions
  • Familiarity with Vercel for frontend deployments and serverless functions
  • Exposure to Llama Vision or similar AI/ML tools and APIs
  • Experience with Expo for building and deploying React Native applications
  • Prior experience working on loyalty programs, e-commerce, or user engagement platforms
