British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Category Planning Global Graduate in Bucharest.
Our Categoy Planning Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional analytical and forecasting skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Demand Planning departments work together to achieve outstanding business results. You will manage the delivery of accurate and timely forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's business needs and supporting the decision-making process with actionable insights.

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, or similar).
• Maximum 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences.
• Strong analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced statistical and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
• Internationally mobile.
• Positive and constructive attitude; driven and ambitious.
• Inspiring and engaging individual.
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Valid driving license.
