presupune gestionarea portofoliului de clienți corporate și dezvoltarea de noi oportunități de business.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Gestionarea și dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții existenți;
  • Preluarea și procesarea cererilor de ofertă;
  • Menținerea unei comunicări constante și profesioniste cu clienții;
  • Urmărirea comenzilor și asigurarea livrărilor la timp;
  • Implicarea în atragerea și dezvoltarea de clienți noi;
  • Oferirea de consultanță clienților privind produsele promoționale potrivite;
  • Colaborarea strânsă cu departamentele interne
  • Monitorizarea pieței și identificarea de noi oportunități de business;
  • Raportarea periodică a activității și a statusului proiectelor către management;
  • Menținerea unei imagini profesionale și reprezentarea companiei în relația cu partenerii.
