PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Our teams' main goal is to drive innovation, and the Delivery Manager plays a key role in achieving this. The primary responsibility of this role is the day-to-day management of projects for one or more Levi Nine customers.

You will spend most of your time coordinating, managing, and leading customer teams while serving as the operational point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for the overall direction, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide transparency on planning, organizing, leading, and motivating teams to achieve objectives and safeguard effective service delivery.
• Act as a Scrum Master.
• Manage issues and risks.
• Support the development of new proposals and opportunities.
• Overcome communication gaps between business requirements and technical specifications.
• Report on key project metrics to stakeholders.
• Maintains and reports on team performance metrics.
• Manage operational/administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure the required quality of service regarding the agreed contracts.
• Manage different project types (time and material, fixed price) and setups (team as a service, distributed teams) in an Agile environment.
• Create and execute project plans, monitor project progress and take proactive and corrective measures.
• Collaborate with department managers for project staffing.
• Proactively communicate internally and externally to inform key business users and management of activities that have implications on the effectiveness of running the business.

TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:

• 5+ years in IT project management or IT related experience (software development projects).
• Knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of task tracking systems (ex. Jira/Azure DevOps) and collaboration tools (ex. Confluence).
• Well-developed ability to understand customer requirements and needs.
• Understands the roadmap and main goals of the team.
• Able to build and develop healthy relationships with customers. Understands the main business goals of the customer and impact of his work.
• Ability to understand the business value of service requests and prioritize them accordingly.
• MS Office package proficiency.
• Understanding software development life cycle and standard processes.
• Knowledge in leading cross-functional teams within a formalized methodology or framework.

NICE TO HAVE:

• PSM I is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Prince 2/ ITIL/ ASL.
• University degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent technology degree.
