The Energy Efficiency Expert will provide technical support in the development of energy efficiency solutions, offer consultancy regarding to energy equipment and solutions implemented in our branches. Develop and implement solutions aiming to decrease our energy consumption and lower our CO2 emissions.

How you will contribute:

  • Checking cost assessments and feasibility studies and solutions and planning projects regarding the energy efficiency of the company as well as CO2 emissions;
  • Monitoring the energy consumption and related expenses and providing solutions to decrease the consumption. Planning the budgets accordingly;
  • Being responsible for updating and initiating changes to internal regulations related to
  • the energy and environmental management in accordance with relevant laws, EU regulations;
  • Being responsible for the content and timeliness of providing the data related to energy management requested by the Group;
  • Facilitating energy conservation by identifying and implementing various options for saving energy, leading awareness programs, and monitoring energy consumption;
  • Analyzing energy usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What will help you be successful

  • University degree or higher – preferably energy/electronics related fields;
  • Knowledge of the energy sector and sustainability area;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with energy system management, preferably energy efficiency related, in complex organizations;
  • Experience in delivering complex projects, planning skills, ability to manage multiple activities, being open-minded to experiment with new technologies;
  • Experience with the office, residential and/or C&I markets related to energy-efficient and renewable technologies;
  • Understanding the working procedure of national and international regulatory entities dealing with energy efficiency;
  • Experience in establishing and tracking key performance indicators;
  • Strong statistical, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude;
  • Self-development and constant learning orientation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Advanced level of expertise with MS Office package.
