, is currently looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a 
Procurement Expert

. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating materials and services for photovoltaic (PV) projects, ensuring seamless delivery and effective collaboration between suppliers and project teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source subcontractors and vendors for specific project needs;
  • Negotiate procurement of materials and services for PV projects;
  • Purchase materials and services from local suppliers and coordinate delivery to project sites;
  • Ensure timely delivery of resources in the correct quantity and condition;
  • Coordinate resource requirements for each client project, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications;
  • Communicate with project and site managers to prepare and submit RFQs;
  • Maintain daily communication with site staff and summarize project progress;
  • Participate in meetings with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements;
  • Prepare acceptance protocols, licenses, certificates, and other documents required for project closure;
  • Read and understand project specifications and data requirements;
  • Prepare and submit information reports to management, summarizing project progress and resource usage.

Your Profile:

  • Relevant experience in procurement, ideally in the energy or construction sectors;
  • Good knowledge of the Romanian supplier market;
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and a collaborative mindset;
  • Driving license.
