, specializzata nella costruzione di ferrovie, tranvie, metropolitane, manutenzione, ripristino e ammodernamento di ponti, viadotti, gallerie ferroviarie seleziona Project Manager da inserire presso la Succursale Salcef Romania.

La risorsa si occuperà di pianificazione, organizzazione, controllo e gestione delle risorse, del budget e dei rischi. Inoltre, del coordinamento del team, della comunicazione con la Direzione Lavori e assicurare il rispetto delle scadenze e degli obiettivi prefissati.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

  • Definire gli obiettivi del progetto, stabilire le fasi, le tempistiche e le risorse necessarie.
  • Assegnare compiti, coordinare il team e assicurare che le risorse siano utilizzate in modo efficiente.
  • Monitorare le spese, controllare i costi e assicurare che il progetto rimanga all'interno del budget stabilito
  • Identificare potenziali problemi, sviluppare piani di emergenza e mitigare i rischi che potrebbero compromettere il progetto
  • Garantire lo stato di avanzamento del progetto, risolvere eventuali problemi di comunicazione, interfacciarsi con la Direzione Lavori e la proprietà
  • Seguire l'andamento del progetto, confrontare i risultati con gli obiettivi e apportare le correzioni necessarie per garantire il successo.
  • Coordinare l'utilizzo di risorse umane, materiali e finanziarie.
  • Assicurare che tutte le attività siano completate nel rispetto delle tempistiche e dei budget prefissati.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma Geometra e/o Laurea Ingegneria
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo nell'ambito infrastrutturale.
  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolar modo Excel e Word).
  • Conoscenza di programmi quali STR Vision, Primus.
  • Buona conoscenza di AutoCad.
  • Ottima conoscenza lingua romena
  • Ulteriore requisito: conoscenza lingua italiana
