Embedded Project Manager

Baseline responsibilities:
  • Adhere to QMS, Customer specific processes, standards, and specifications during project tasks delivery
  • Support preparation of quotations and proposals for customers
  • Operational Excellence of the Projects and Team: Applied Ratio/ Yield, On time Recruitment, Attrition Management, MMR, Workload Planning
  • Project performance - Effective Project estimation, planning, and tracking
  • Resource allocation and optimization ( People + Infrastructure)
  • Compliance to Quality Management Systems
  • Adhering to our client's policies and processes
  • Liaise with Technical stream for competency up gradation, training plans; Coaching & mentoring; Career planning for self and team members
  • Participate in Knowledge base building, and technical communities within our client
  • Performance management including promotions
  • Project lifecycle management (initiation to closure) including Project health tracking and reporting of larger projects, tasks, or modules. Manage Fixed Bid projects
  • Proposal support/ownership
  • Take action on Negative CSAT projects initiate actions based on the findings; Initiate continual improvements
  • Pre-Sales / Proposal Support / Customer presentations
  • Present weekly health of projects to customer
  • Liaising with the account manager
 
Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a development role
  • 2+ years management/leadership role
  • Good customer communication
  • Experience in understanding customer requirements, create estimations and setup a team do deliver a complete project.
  • Hands-on and committed to actively engaging with a global, agile delivery team.
