Platforms CoE (Center of Excellence) is a team of highly professional specialists with the primary focus on Salesforce technology covering A to Z Salesforce Solutions implementations, Salesforce extension and integration development.

Our team covers all the aspects of the project lifecycle: technical pre-sales support, solution design, implementation, development, and support.

• Hands-on with administering and developing Salesforce instances (3+ years)
• A certified administrator
• A practitioner of software design, development, implementation, and support of production systems
• Knowledgeable of Salesforce Products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, etc.
• Confident in using complementary software tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• A professional understanding automation tools
• Capable of multitasking, managing changing priorities and workload
• An excellent team player inside virtual and global cross-functional teams
• Flexible, open-minded, and used to working in a high-uncertainty environment
• A sound communicator (written and verbal) in English
• Aware of sales and Customer Service concepts (as an advantage)
• Experienced with Ant Migration Tool (as a perk)
• Accustomed to using Data Loader and other data-loading tools (as a plus)

• Configure fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, and other Salesforce metadata
• Design and build custom functionalities (objects, etc.) on the platform
• Maintain users, roles, profiles, and the overall security model of Salesforce Instances
• Manage mass imports and exports of data
• Deploy metadata and code from test environments to production environments
• Create flows, assignment rules, and other Salesforce automation
• Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix system issues
• Cooperate with Salesforce Developers on tasks that require both point-and-click configuration and customization

• Participate in pre-sales activities, deep-technical assessments, implementation projects, or developing cutting-edge solution accelerators
• Access the knowledge base of the Software Engineering Institute
• Work as a consultant on different projects with a flexible schedule
• Build up Salesforce practice within the company
• Grow your Salesforce skills, passing certifications
