Platforms CoE (Center of Excellence) is a unit of highly professional folks. You will be joining the team with the primary focus on Salesforce practice covering Technical pre-sales, Architecture Planning and Design, Solution development and implementation, post-implementation support, and solution accelerators/PoC/Demo development.
The team consists of over 90 (Architects, Engineers, Admin and Consultants, QC Engineers) professionals and is consistently growing.
IF YOU ARE- A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with at least 3 years of working experience
- Having a strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC, and other marketing conversion metrics
- Experienced with the design and implementation of automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, and advising clients on how to optimize further
- Skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations
- Having a hands-on experience in all aspects of Digital Marketing
- Possessing active Salesforce certifications or readiness to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Proficient in the concept of Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira
- Understanding the entire Salesforce products family including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions
- Able to communicate in English freely in a multicultural environment
- Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, and manage pre-sales
- Advise the clients on Salesforce products implementation from scratch, Salesforce solutions enhancements, and the development of strategic roadmaps for change, as well as leading the change in the practice
- Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
- Present solution options to the Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
- Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Develop implementation, estimate, and plan phases of the delivery lifecycle: development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
- Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
- Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
- Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
