We're looking for a
Customer Service Agent
to join our vibrant support center, where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities to grow.

At our
rapidly expanding international company
, we're passionate about delivering outstanding service and we do it all in English.

That means all customer interactions and internal communications are 100% in English, so a
high level of written and spoken English
is essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality
    written support
    to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging.
  • Use
    logic, empathy, and efficiency
    to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
  • Identify and escalate
    urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations.
  • Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian

  • Clear, kind, and concise communication skills.
