Role description:
The Road Freight Sales Representative is the person who is responsible for designing logistical solutions for our client's partners in Romania and prospecting for new business while being responsible for designing strategies to offer the services of the company.
The Road Freight Sales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting and generating new business, maintaining client relationships, providing quotes and pricing to clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This role will also involve working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Sales and business development skills
- Strong knowledge of the road freight industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus
