We are seeking a talented
AI Full-Stack Developer
to join us
in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
at our EMEA Technology Hub. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will design, build and deploy AI-enabled web applications across the full stack, integrating modern front-end and back-end frameworks, working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related ML components, and operating services in cloud environments

Also, you will have hands-on experience with modern web and server-side technologies, familiarity with both relational and non-relational data stores, and practical exposure to deploying and maintaining cloud-based systems.

We will count on you to

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React with TypeScript.
• Build robust and high-performance APIs using NestJS/ NodeJS or FastAPI/ Python.
• Integrate applications with Large-Language Models (LLM) APIs.
• Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.
• Embrace a fast-paced, experimental approach with a focus on rapid iteration and a willingness to pivot quicklyadopt a proof-of-concept mindset to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Utilize both SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, participating in daily stand- ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices.
• Be able to learn from failures, adapt quickly, and effectively communicate the lessons learned.
• Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Proven ability to work efficiently as part of a distributed (remote/virtual) team.

What You Need To Have

• Excellent communication both in English and Romanian
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in a modern front-end framework, ideally React with TypeScript (Angular is also great).
• Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS.
• Experience with or knowledge of FastAPI or Django/ Python.
• Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Large-Language Models (LLM).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Some knowledge of LanghChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar.
• Some knowledge of AI Agents.
• Some exposure to AWS cloud services.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of deployments and infrastructure.
• Background in working with PowerPoint XML/ Office API
