Responsabilitati Responsabilitati:
  • Iti face placere sa discuti 1 la 1 cu clientii PF despre produsele specifice segmentului, inclusiv soluții digitale, ai grija de actualii tai clienti din portofoliu si cauti activ sa-l extinzi.
  • Timpul este pretios pentru toti Astfel, acorzi atentie clientilor tai si organizezi discutii cu ei fata in fata, in sucursala, telefonic, participi la "Birourile Mobile" si alte proiecte de promovare la sediul companiei sau alte locatii pentru o planificare financiara personalizata Smart Finance.
  • Te asiguri ca ai inteles nevoile clientilor si recomanzi solutiile financiare potrivite pentru ei, inclusiv credite negarantate, carduri de credit, asigurari, produse de economisire, depozite sau fonduri de investitii, totul cu ajutorul tabletei.
  • Promovezi si activezi parteneriate de virare salarii cu companii non-IMM (FI, Mid Market, Large Corporate si Sector Public).
  • Aduni si centralizezi feedback din piata/de la segmentul de clientela vizat si, la nevoie, transmiti propuneri in Centrala cu privire la adaptarea ofertei de produse si servicii.
  • Colaborezi cu celelalte canale de distributie si subsidiare din grup.
  • Ai responsabilitatea de a inbunatati modul de lucru precum si cresterea de productivitate din echipa folosind inclusiv tool-uri de suport din zona AI.
