We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Event Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events that meet our company's standards and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events from conception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluations.
  • Negotiates contracts with clients (corporate clients, legal entities, and individual customers).
  • Maintains and updates information on local competitors' offers, activities, and pricing.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the brand.
  • Achieves semi-annual and annual targets.
  • Initiates action plans to develop prospects and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
