Role Description

On behalf of our Client - Cernica Events, we are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Venue Operations Manager to lead the daily ground operations of our large-scale wedding and events center.

In this role, you are the "Captain of the Ship" for daily activities. You will not be bogged down with high-level financial engineering, investment planning, or marketing strategy—those are handled by the Owners. Instead, your sole focus is Execution: ensuring our 10-15 parallel events run on time, our facility is pristine, our staff is disciplined, and our clients leave happy.

You will supervise the on-site support team (including our Cost Controller and Culinary leadership) to ensure that the Board's operational standards and budget targets are strictly met.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in Hospitality Operations (Event Center, Large Hotel, or Catering), with at least 2 years in a team management role.

Type of Experience: We need an Operator, not an Office Administrator. You should be comfortable walking 10,000+ steps a day and managing large teams of waiters, cleaners, and kitchen staff.
