Integration Engineer
based in
Cluj-Napoca
.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled
Integration Engineer
to join the team and support the development of
presentation-ready demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
used in presales initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where you will work with APIs, JSON data, and scripting languages (JavaScript/Python) to integrate systems and bring demo environments to life. Previous experience with Conversational AI is not required — what matters most is a strong integration background and an interest in learning new technologies such as AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain
    end-to-end demo environments
    and PoCs for client presentations.
  • Integrate APIs
    and manage JSON-based data flows.
  • Use
    JavaScript/Python
    (or similar) for scripting and backend integration tasks.
  • Ensure demos are technically robust, user-friendly, and presentation-ready.
  • Work closely with presales engineers to adapt demos to customer requirements.
  • Join selected customer calls to gather requirements and feedback (no presenting required).

Must-Have Skills

  • Solid experience with
    API integrations
    and JSON handling.
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript and/or Python
    .
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in software development, scripting, or system integration.
  • Openness to hybrid schedule
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to
    Conversational AI
    platforms or CCaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of conversational design (intents, entities, NLU/NLP basics).
  • Familiarity with telephony, STT/TTS, or industry-specific AI use cases.
