MOL Romania is looking for an experienced
DOFO Area Sales Manager
to join our team in Bucharest. DOFO Area Sales Manager is directly responsible for expanding the DOFO station network by seeking new locations. You will coordinate the entire process of acquiring a station, from the start of negotiations with a potential partner until the station is integrated into the DOFO network.
Location: Bucharest, Romania
As a DOFO Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Actively finding new stations for inclusion into the DOFO MOL network, in the designated areas defined by the organization; Attracting and managing business relations with potential and existing DOFO Partners, which will ensure the long-term development of the station network
- Building long-term relationships with potential and existing DOFO Partners; Initiating activities aimed to acquire new DOFO Partners; Negotiating and ensuring compliance with agreed business terms for newly incorporated DOFO stations
- Co-creation of documentation for investment applications; Supervising the process of preparing the necessary documentation - commercial agreement, collateral
- Coordinating the process of incorporating stations into the DOFO network; Conducting trainings for the DOFO Partners and their teams
- Negotiating business terms for existing DOFO stations; Monitoring the market and analyze competitor offers and conditions
- Ensuring the high standard of stations being incorporated into the network with the new DOFO Partner's team
- Regular reporting of KPIs performance to the Retail Lead Team
- Representing the company in contacts from outside the organization to carry out the above tasks
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- University degree
- Min 3 years of experience in B2B organization development in expansion department (gas stations preferred)
- Knowledge of negotiation and motivational techniques; a high degree of independence of action, ability to act quickly, communicativeness, goal and result orientation
- Ability to work under time pressure, creativity, proactivity in action, ability to work together as a team
- Computer Literacy - MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Driving license category B
