Profilul pe care îl căutăm:

  • Studii superioare
    în marketing, comunicare, jurnalism sau domenii conexe
  • Minim
    5 ani experiență
    în marketing digital, social media sau comunicare (agenție sau companie)
  • Cunoștințe avansate de: marketing & comunicare / marketing digital (inclusiv indicatori de performanță) / social media & platforme colaborative / Google Suite & MS Office
  • Limba engleză sau franceză – nivel mediu
  • Abilități de: coordonare și management de echipă / delegare, feedback, coaching, prezentare cu impact și argumentare, comunicare clară & colaborare interdepartamentală
  • Atitudine: orientare către rezultat & client (intern/extern)
  • Deschidere spre învățare și adaptare la nou
  • Calm și abordare constructivă în situații tensionate.

Responsabilități

  • Transpune strategia de brand în materiale de comunicare coerente și eficiente (ATL, BTL, digital);
  • Asigură unitatea vizuală și de mesaj pe toate canalele;
  • Coordonează conținutul pentru campaniile locale și naționale;
  • Pregătește comunicarea la punctele de vânzare (afișe, etichete, materiale vizuale);
  • Colaborează cu echipele interne: marketing, vânzări, produs, retail media;
  • Asigură corectitudinea informațiilor comunicate online & în magazine;
  • Coordonează campanii social media, monitorizează KPI și optimizează performanța;
  • Se ocupă de validări interne, drepturi de autor și conformitate legală;
  • Planifică și coordonează activitatea echipei (dacă este cazul);
  • Participă la recrutare, formare, evaluare și dezvoltare de carieră a colegilor;
  • Susține coeziunea echipei și un climat constructiv de lucru;
  • Respectă și promovează valorile, procedurile și etica companiei.
