As a Senior Agentic AI Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our mission to bring Agentic AI to life. You'll design and scale smart, autonomous systems that help teams around the world work smarter, faster, and with more impact.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will develop and maintain intelligent agents, chatbots, and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
• You will design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Foundry.
• You will develop and fine-tune AI models, including LLMs like GPT-4 and open-source alternatives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions with high business impact.
• You will build and optimize models for natural language processing, semantic search, and recommendation systems.
• You will ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, model explainability, and ethical deployment.
• You will lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• You will implement DevOps/MLOps practices for seamless deployment and model lifecycle management.
• You will scale AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP for performance and cost-efficiency.
• You will document architectures, procedures, and project plans for transparency.
• You will contribute to internal AI frameworks and share best practices.
  You will stay current with emerging AI trends, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.

SKILLS

• You should have a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure OpenAI Service
• Power Automate / Power Apps
• Microsoft Graph API
• Semantic Kernel
• Proficiency in Python
• Foundry
• You should have bonus skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C# for broader development integration.
• You should have experience building APIs and connecting with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• You should have relevant certifications or training in Machine Learning, AI development, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing (advantageous).
• You should have experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
• You should have a solid foundation in secure, scalable API and cloud integrations.
• You should have a proven track record with LLMs/SLMs such as GPT series and open-source alternatives.
• You should have proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workload deployment.
• You should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• You should have awareness of AI security, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
  You should have business acumen to translate strategy into technical innovation.
