Cum vei contribui la succesul firmei

  • Vei gestiona proiecte complexe de Real Estate: due diligence, redactare, revizuire și negociere documentație de tranzacție.
  • Vei lucra direct cu dezvoltatori și retaileri de renume, în proiecte ce includ achiziții de terenuri, dezvoltarea de parcuri comerciale și spații logistice.
  • Vei contribui la dezvoltări imobiliare diverse: contracte de antrepriză, intabulări, documentație de urbanism și obținerea avizelor necesare.
  • Vei colabora cu colegii din departamente conexe (corporate, financiar, litigii) și vei interacționa direct cu clienții.
  • Vei veni cu soluții practice și vei construi relații de încredere pe termen lung.

Ce căutăm la tine

  • 3-5 ani experiență relevantă în Real Estate.
  • Background în tranzacții imobiliare: due diligence, contracte de vânzare, închiriere, superficii.
  • Experiență în dezvoltări imobiliare (construcții, urbanism, contracte de antrepriză).
  • Experiența cu proiecte de retail imobiliar constituie un avantaj (achiziții de terenuri, tranzacții pentru mari rețele comerciale).
  • Foarte bune abilități de comunicare și negociere.
  • Limba engleză la nivel avansat.
  • Atitudine hands-on, orientată spre soluții și colaborare.
