Job description

  • Stabilește/menține relația cu personalul magazinelor din acoperire/rută;

  • Vizitează magazinele, conform rutei stabilite;

  • Verifică și asigură implementarea condițiilor contractuale specifice pentru fiecare magazin din acoperire;

  • Verifică stoc produse în magazin, modifică/asigură capacitățile la raft și negociază plasarea comenzilor pentru evitare OOS la raft;

  • Asigură implementarea plasărilor, campaniilor, evenimentelor agreate central;

  • Negociază local plasări, extra vizibilitate și evenimente pentru produsele distribuite;

  • Se asigură că obiectivele de calitate stabilite lunar sunt realizate;

  • Recrutează si instruiește merchandiserii din subordine;

  • Verifică activitatea și oferă feedback permanent merchandiserilor.

Job requirements

  • Excelente abilități de comunicare și putere de convingere;

  • Experiență în vânzări (reprezintă avantaj experiența în relațiile comerciale cu IKA);

  • Inițiativă, atenție la detalii, capacitate de rezolvare a problemelor;

  • Abilități de lucru în echipă;

  • Permis conducere categoria B (fără incidente);

  • Studii medii finalizate (cu diplomă de Bacalaureat)/superioare;

  • Disponibilitate pentru activitate de teren/deplasări.
