About The Job
The main mission is reporting directly to the District Manager, as a Medical Representative Consumer Healthcare for the assigned territory you will provide on time, through regular visits to physicians and pharmacies, relevant and accurate medical information about group products and how to recommend them.

Main Responsibilities

  • Forward adequate promotion messages about the group's products by customers in order to meet targets for individual work
  • Be responsible for organizing presentations in pharmacies, mini-seminars, local events in order to provide more information about products
  • Create, maintain and develop good relationships with doctors, pharmacists and professional contacts, and all other working partners
  • Be responsible for communication and good collaboration with all customers in your area

About You
Essential requirements:

  • Stable location: Bucharest
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • University Degree
  • Fluent Romanian language
  • Driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic and analytic thinking, initiative and proactivity, decision making capabilities

It Would Be Advantageous To Have (not Essential)

  • Good PC operating skills
  • Good English skills
  • University Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy or other medical related
  • Highly focused and drives to set for him/herself ambitious objectives
  • Capacity to perform highly both individually and within a team
  • Capacity to learn, understand and use medical information, sales and marketing tools
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation technics, pharma industry and pharma products
  • Strong skills and experience in managing relationships with different stakeholders: healthcare professionals, pharmacies, etc.
