What can you expect?

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst for our Software Development Standards team at Marsh McLennan, based in Cluj or Mexico City. This role will work closely with Agile Coaches to support the development and implementation of Agile standards, Enterprise metrics, and overall adoption of Agile practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile background, analytical skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches to define, document, and maintain Agile standards and best practices across the organization;

  • Assist in the creation of guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistency in Agile practices;

  • Document and maintain Agility standards in clear language on platforms such as SharePoint;

  • Collaborate with Agile coaches and development team to help build Metrics for the enterprise as Standards;

What you need to have: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in an Agile environment, preferably in a role focused on analytics and support;

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams;

  • Familiarity with tools such as: ADO (Azure DevOps), JIRA, SharePoint;

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science;
