IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are looking for a
Quantity Engineer
with the following qualifications to be assigned to our upcoming project in Romania.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying/final accounts, preferably in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other relevant contract standards.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Excel or other QS tools).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
  • Prepare, review, and finalize detailed quantity surveys and final account documentation for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with the site and technical office teams to ensure accurate and timely cost control and progress reporting.
  • Prepare interim and final payment applications in accordance with contract requirements,
  • Review subcontractor accounts and support claim management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
  • Coordinate with the client, consultants, and other stakeholders for final account settlement.
