Quantity Surveyor/ Subcontract Admin – PV

We are looking for an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to support our client renewable energy projects (PV, Wind, BESS) by managing contract administration, cost control, and progress measurement across major EPC work packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tender preparation, estimates and BOQs with engineering, quality, HSE and other teams.
  • Analyze and align commercial offers; maintain cost and supplier databases.
  • Assist in preparing and administering contracts (FIDIC/NEC/GCC).
  • Draft contract correspondence, variation orders and notices.
  • Maintain contract registers, risks, variations and final accounts.
  • Measure quantities, verify progress and prepare payment certificates.
  • Attend internal/external progress meetings; highlight cost/time/quality risks.
  • Coordinate with Project Controllers to ensure full traceability of contract changes.
  • Manage contractor communication and resolve minor site disputes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of
    FIDIC
    (NEC/GCC an advantage).
  • 5+ years' experience in construction contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English;

Nice to have:
Experience in PV/Wind/BESS projects.
