Position Details Role: Content ModeratorLocation: Porto, Portugal (On-site)Start Date: December 4th (training included)Schedule: 40 hours per week rotating shifts (24/7)Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Key Responsibilities Review and assess user-generated content based on internal policies and community guidelines.Ensure compliance with platform standards and report any content that violates policies.Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in moderation decisions.Work effectively in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
