**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar that aligns with brand goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, Reels, Stories, and static posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain a strong online presence by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and creative freelancers to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends, memes, and pop culture moments to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and drive business results.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-5 years of experience managing brand social accounts.
  • Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and performance metrics.
  • Experience in cannabis or wellness industries is a plus.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

  • Basic skills in Canva or photo/video editing.
  • Experience in eCommerce or understanding of conversion-driven content.
  • Willingness to appear in short-form video content.
