Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Substation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of high-voltage substation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, focusing on power grids, high-voltage substations or power transformers. They will hold a university degree in Economics, Engineering or Computer Science and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English and Romanian is required, as well as strong organizational skills and ability to act independently and in a team.

The High Voltage Substation Manager will oversee project financials, monitor progress and ensure efficient resource utilization. They will also manage risks, identify opportunities and drive project closure. Additionally, they will coordinate with external and internal suppliers, negotiate contracts and support supply chain management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling of high-voltage substation projects
  • Ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Managing project financials and resources
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in high-voltage substation management or related field
  • University degree in Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
