We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality assurance teams management, manual testers and QA test practices for the full development life cycle.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QA Engineers, fostering career growth, job expertize building and strong team culture.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality game experiences.
  • Analyze game scope and features to create effective test plans and cases.
  • Collaborate with development teams to collect feature design intentions and quality expectations.
  • Recruit, hire, mentor and manage teams of QA Engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
About the Team

Our team of game industry veterans is developing and publishing live service AAA multiplayer games and developing original IPs.

We are committed to creating bold new experiences that foster community in and around our games.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in quality assurance teams management.
  • Experience managing manual testers.
  • Experience in QA, in the Games industry, with evidenced Triple A HD titles testing.
  • Significant experience in shipping titles from a QA leadership position.
  • Deep knowledge of QA test practices for the full development life cycle.
