Games Presenter Team Manager Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Games Presenter Team Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of games presenters, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of games presenters to deliver services in line with company values, policies, and performance indicators.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members to foster personal and professional growth.
  • Operations: Oversee team operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling tasks such as attendance tracking and addressing performance issues.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals by supporting effective training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position or relevant role.
  • Qualifications: Relevant academic qualifications in a management-related field desirable.
  • Skills: Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office), strong communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities, leadership and team development capabilities.
