We are looking for a skilled Cloud Architect to lead our team in delivering customer success. This role involves running a team that enables customers to achieve their desired outcomes based on their investments in Microsoft technology.

Leveraging the expertise of your leading technical team, you will drive them to ensure customers get value from their MS investments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud infrastructure solutions and be well-versed in best practices such as the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).

This is a flexible role with up to 50% work-from-home option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance.">
  • Work closely with Microsoft Support to expedite incident resolution.">
  • Maximize the reliability, resiliency, and security of customer mission-critical workloads via programmatic full care support.">
  • Collaborate with a designated team of technical experts to prevent incidents and expedite time to mitigation.">
