We are seeking a seasoned Lead Artist to join our team of skilled professionals. As a key member of our art department, you will be responsible for guiding teams and defining artistic direction across AAA game titles.

This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for game art to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality results and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in game development.

  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in game art
  • At least 5 years in a lead or art director role
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding portfolio with proven track record of working on shipped titles
  • Experience defining and maintaining an art style across a full production cycle
  • Strong understanding of console development pipelines, asset optimization, and performance constraints
  • Hands-on skills in tools like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine and other game engines
  • Solid grasp of lighting, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
